John White

PROJECT MANAGER

John joined the McFadden & Miller team in 2019, a seasoned veteran of the construction wars from a long line of Whites in the Dallas/ Fort Worth building industry. And like many of us, he started out working weekends and summers as a field labor hand for commercial construction projects in the DFW area.

In 1996, John became an owner/ operator of a steel fabrication business, doing miscellaneous steel projects for residential and commercial clients. From there John transitioned fully into the residential business with a couple local homebuilders as an AutoCAD designer and project manager.

In 2007, John went to work for International Modular Company, a national design/ builder of temporary and permanent modular buildings for use in disaster relief, military installations, etc., for both private and governmental clients. Here John really came into his own utilizing his talents for project and operations management, and estimating in leadership roles.

John brings these talents to McFadden & Miller as a project manager for all types of work we do, plus using his CAD skills to assist in estimating takeoffs. His easy-going nature belies his intense nature to balance several projects at a time while still making customers feel like they are his only priority.
